When the homeowners acquired this newly built property, the landscape featured only a standard builder-grade installation. They envisioned a transformation that would introduce layered planting, interactive garden zones, a bespoke pergola, and dedicated vegetable beds.

To realize this, we curated a thoughtful palette of low-water perennials and native species, accented by striking flowering evergreen trees and shrubs to add depth to the shade gardens. Meandering decomposed granite pathways now weave through the landscape, inviting exploration and connecting the various garden rooms.
